With our headquarters located in Holzkirchen, south of Munich, we operate worldwide with own subsidiaries on 3 continents. Our valves support manufacturing processes in the semiconductor, automotive, pharmaceutical and many other industries.

We are looking for you to join our team at our headquarters in Holzkirchen (near Munich) as soon as possible.

Technical Product Performance Lead (m/w/d) 

• As a Senior Engineer (m/f/d), you will bring together the existing sub-divisions of our testing and support departments in our new Product Performance Centre and, together with other 10 engineers, demonstrate that our products and services are customer focused
• The team will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements, carry out individual application tests, provide technical assistance with dispensing and integration problems, and prepare and implement the necessary training, including documentation
• Together with the team, you will organise coordination, setup, and execution of tests for our R&D department (prototypes, further developments)
• You will be responsible for organising our test laboratories and test systems
• You will further develop the existing system of test reports and service reports with your team
• You will create the framework for close exchange with other departments, in particular, research and development and the sales department

• Completed degree in engineering in the field of precision engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, or similar with relevant professional experience
• Deep knowledge in the field of dispensing technology, rheology, and measurement & control technology
• Confident use of electronic measuring equipment
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, LabVIEW, and Python is an advantage
• Sound experience in project management
• Several years of management experience, including in the field of Change-Management
• Very good communication skills; based on excellent German and English language skills
